From a young age, I had a special intrigue for finance, but my parents believed that engineering was the only path to success. Forced by their expectations, I enrolled in Mechanical Engineering at St. Mary's University of San Antonio. However, as the semesters went by, I did not grow an interest for mechanical engineering, nor I was very good at it. So, after 2 very long year at St Mary’s, I knew I needed to get out of that degree. I left in the summer of 2023, right before the 3rd year began
As of right now I’m working part-time at a restaurant while I save up enough money to go to a degree I want. As of right now, things are not going very well, after working for almost 6 months I have barely saved up 6 grand. So, a friend suggested this to see if it helps.
